Business Changing will treat all information given, shared and discussed about your business and any other information shared with Business Changing with the strictest confidence and will not share with any other party unless required to do so by NZ or international law or as agreed with Proven Performance.

You agree to treat all information given in confidence by Business Changing with the strictest confidence and not disclose to any party unless required to by NZ or international law or unless agreed with Business Changing.

You explicitly agree to not share the format and contents of any potential business plan that may be created as part of your work with Zac de Silva and Business Changing with any other party beyond your employees. So you agree to not share it with your chartered accountant nor advisors unless you get express sign off from Zac de Silva. The business plan that might be created as part of work done together is a critical part of Business Changing Intellectual Property and cannot be shared unless Business Changing agrees to it expressly nor can it be used by you on any other entity or organisation in the future unless you get express sign off from Zac de Silva.

You explicitly agree to not share the questions that Zac de Silva facilitates as part of the workshop (and any other work that you may do with Zac de Silva and Business Changing) with any other party beyond your employees. SUBSCRIBING FORMS

By filling out any Business Changing Ltd. online or downloadable forms and agreeing to our “Terms of Use,” you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us, via electronic messages or otherwise, to notify you about new products, services, and features offered by Business Changing Ltd. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION FEES

Less than 28 days before the workshop start date: 20% charge

Less than 14 days before the workshop start date: 100% charge, please note that 80% of this cancellation fee can be redeemed when you rebook for the next available workshop.
